The sale is governed by these CONDITIONS. We will notify the customer of any changes in CONDITIONS OF SALE. In which case it shall be considered effective only after the publication on the website and apply only to sales concluded following the publication on the site. The sending of the order by the Customer certifies its acceptance of the TERMS OF SALE in force at that time.


Each order sent online, must be completed in its entirety and must contain the information required to identify the customer and the products ordered, as well as the exact location of the place of delivery, on pain of nullity. Gecko Art send to the customer via email, a confirmation of receipt of the order.

At certain times of the year Gecko Art may not be able to ensure the availability of all products offered and can not therefore be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of one or more products. The customer has the right to cancel within 14 working days of receipt of goods.

In this communication the Customer must indicate the product which intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The goods must not be used, washed, open from its original packaging or damaged. The merchandise also be returned in its original packaging (complete bags or closures).

Gecko Art on receipt of goods will check their integrity and return the equivalent amount in the shortest time possible and in any event no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of returned merchandise.

Civil disputes related to the application, execution and interpretation of the contract of sale at a distance are subject to Italian jurisdiction. The responsibility is on the court of the location of Gecko Art. The distance contracts with Gecko Art are governed by Italian law and, although not expressly provided for, the rules of law.

Dear customer, we inform you that, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, the data provided by you during the registration to our website will be processed for the sole purpose of bringing to fruition shipping operations and billing of your order.
